Through the generous support of individuals, CABEL is able to provide quality Financial Literacy Programs, increasing the number of our targeted audience. Since our inception, CABEL has served over 1,000 youth and adults. In the next two years, we hope to reach an additional 5,000 individuals (youth and adults – bringing our programs to both Maryland and Virginia).
